Agoura Hills, CA: The 8th annual RockGodz Hall of Fame Awards www.rockgodzhalloffame.com will take place on Sunday October 27th at The Canyon Club, Agoura Hills, celebrating the unsung heroes behind Rock and Roll’s most legendary musicians and most famous instrumentation on chart-topping albums. Rock and roll legends will honor their own during a celebration of music with passion and talent at its core, bringing recognition to the lesser-known musicians who built the legacy of rock music.

RockGodz Hall of Fame is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by entrepreneur Cindy Landeen and rock journalist Steve Rosen in 2009. The board members are Cindy Landeen, Sandy Rizzo, Francis “Buster” Akrey, Kevin “Duggie” Dugan, with an elite staff of advisors; Daniel Margasa, Tony Franklin, Rory Kaplan and Marquetta Nickols.

The RockGodz Hall of Fame Award show, red carpet and benefit concert took place as planned on Sunday, November 18th, 2018 at the Canyon Club, Agoura Hills to bring recognition to the musicians who built the legacy of rock music, honoring incredible artists as well as to raise money for those affected by the recent events in the area.
The RockGodz Hall of Fame and the Canyon Club acknowledged those touched by the recent tragic events and those who risked their lives to serve and save lives during this time. All firefighters, emergency responders and volunteers were invited to attend the show free of charge, and a portion of the proceeds from the show will be donated to benefit the victims of the recent fires and shootings in the area.

The Jet Velocity All Star Band will open the evening and back the live portion of the show, which will alternate between award presentations and live performances by the individual inductees performing tributes to their biggest hits. An All Star Jam of past and present inductees will follow the awards portion of the show for one-of-a-kind musical combinations.

The Jet Velocity All Star Band will open the evening and back the live portion of the show, which will alternate between award presentations and live performances by the individual inductees performing tributes to their biggest hits. An All Star Jam of past and present inductees will follow the awards portion of the show for one-of-a-kind musical combinations.
